The capsules are easy to swallow with a glass of water every evening. The courier handed the package directly to me, and the box was completely undamaged.

I ordered the tub for my husband who trains orienteering in the forest. The powder mixes well in the water bottle, though I would have liked a slightly larger measuring scoop in the tub.

This is my third order and I paid as usual via cash on delivery upon collection. The powder has a neutral taste and is kept in the kitchen cupboard next to the rolled oats.
