You have the right to withdraw from the purchase and return items from Källmark Fysik within 60 days of receipt, for any reason. Below are the applicable terms, procedures, shipping costs, and refund routines.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return within our 60-day cancellation period, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, in unopened original packaging with intact protective plastic, security seal, and labels.
Return procedure
- Send a return request with your order number and reason to [email protected].
- Receive a confirmation with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number along with instructions and the correct return address.
- Carefully pack the goods in their original packaging and ensure that all seals are intact.
- Refunds are made to your bank account within 3-10 business days after the return has been received and approved by our quality control.
Who pays return shipping
In the event of a defect, transit damage, or incorrect dispatch, we cover all shipping costs via a prepaid shipping label or collection. For changed minds, you cover the return shipping yourself, with no hidden administrative deductions.
Refund timing and method
Reimbursement is processed within 3 business days of the return being approved. Shipments paid on delivery are refunded via transfer to your designated bank account; bank transfers are returned to the original account. The transaction is typically completed within 1-5 business days.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for another formulation or pack size, please proceed with a standard return and place a new order through the store. The refund for the returned item will be issued upon arrival. If the exchange is due to an oversight on our part, we cover the shipping cost for the new order.
Cancelling an order
An order can be cancelled free of charge up until the goods have left our warehouse. Please contact [email protected] and state the relevant order number. If the shipment has already been dispatched, standard return terms apply.
