Källmark Fysik provides supplements, mineral preparations, as well as topical muscle balms and cooling gels intended for everyday physical comfort and general well-being. The contents, composition, and volume of items are specified on each product page. Images displayed serve as illustrations; packaging appearance may vary slightly.

A binding order is created when the purchase is confirmed at checkout. An automatic order confirmation is then sent by email; the contract is concluded once the items are dispatched from our warehouse. We reserve the right to decline an order in the event of stock shortages or insufficient details, whereupon any payment made is refunded immediately.

All prices are stated in SEK including VAT where applicable. Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before completion. Available payment methods: Bank transfer. In the event of obvious pricing errors, we reserve the right to make corrections prior to delivery, giving you the opportunity to confirm or cancel the order.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable fees are detailed on the shipping and payment page. The risk for ordered products transfers to you upon delivery of the shipment.

Photographs depict the supplements and packaging being dispatched. Color tones may vary depending on monitor calibration, software, and ambient lighting. Minor deviations in shade do not constitute a defect in the product and do not entitle the customer to free returns or compensation. Volume, substances, and the complete ingredients list are presented on each product page.

Our responsibility for the shipment remains until the carrier has delivered it to you or to the designated recipient at the delivery address. Thereafter, you bear responsibility for any loss or damage. Visible transit damage should be reported immediately to the driver or the pick-up point and reported to us within 48 hours.

You have the right to return unopened packaging within 60 days of receipt in accordance with the instructions on our return page. The products are covered by a three-year statutory right of complaint under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act for original manufacturing defects. The right of complaint does not cover normal wear and tear, improper storage in damp or warm conditions, or broken seals on consumables.

• Custom-made or personalized powder and liquid blends.
• Products with a short shelf life or a sensitive best-before date.
• Opened packages of supplements, capsules, gels, or balms where the protective seal has been removed, for health and hygiene reasons.
• Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other substances or liquids after delivery.
• Digital content, training guides, or meal plans delivered electronically and activated by the customer.

Källmark Fysik AB is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits. Total liability is under all circumstances limited to the total order value of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits the liability stipulated by mandatory consumer protection laws.

The purchaser must be at least 18 years of age. Our muscle recovery dietary supplements must be used according to the label instructions and do not serve as a substitute for daily routine advice from a qualified daily support.

Swedish law applies to all agreements and purchases, with Stockholm District Court as the competent court for any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably or via the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). If a dispute cannot be resolved in mutual agreement with us, the matter shall be decided by a court of general jurisdiction at the seller's registered seat, without prejudice to your mandatory statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.
