Källmark Fysik AB delivers supplements and muscle care products directly to recipients across Sweden. All orders are handled with care to preserve product quality and stability during transit.

Transit times refer to business days counted from dispatch from the warehouse. For remote locations, an additional 1-2 business days may apply.
- Shipments within Sweden with an order value exceeding 599 kr are delivered free of charge, while a fee of 49 kr applies to lower order values.
- Delivery time is estimated at 2-5 business days after the shipment has left our warehouse.
- Orders received before 12:30 on a business day are dispatched the same day.
- Returns are accepted within 60 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and remains in its original packaging.
- Payment: bank transfer.
Order processing
Orders received before 12:30 on weekdays are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or during public holidays are dispatched on the next business day. A confirmation along with an order number is sent to your email address upon purchase.
Each shipment is packed in shock-resistant boxes with temperature-insulating fill material. Jars and bottles, such as Källmark Magnesium Vila and Källmark Svalkande Liniment, are protected with sealed inner lids and shock-absorbing barriers against pressure and temperature fluctuations.
Tracking your parcel
When the package leaves our warehouse, an automatic confirmation is sent via email and text message with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery all the way to your pickup point or your door.
Lost or delayed parcel
Should the tracking status of the shipment remain unchanged for five business days, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will promptly initiate an inquiry with the carrier and provide, at your choice, either a replacement delivery or a full reimbursement within ten business days of notification.
Damaged on arrival
Inspect the package upon receipt. If external damage is visible on the packaging or if the inner seal on products such as Källmark Återhämtning Balms is broken, document this with clear photos and contact [email protected] within 48 hours for immediate claims handling.
Payment methods
We accept Bank transfer. Under no circumstances do we request card details or bank codes via telephone or email.
Delivery outside Sweden
Shipments are arranged to specified countries. Applicable shipping fees and estimated transit times are detailed at checkout before order confirmation. Any customs duties and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
